Ella
Owner of Ellure & Beautician
It has always been a dream for Ella to own her own salon. Starting out working as a Saturday girl at the age of 15 back in 2010 in a salon in Shaftesbury she knew hair and beauty was where her heart belonged. Making clients feel pampered and them leaving feeling happier and more confident about themselves than when they arrived.
Ella worked as a Brow expert at Benefit cosmetics whilst finishing her beauty qualifications. Then to go on to completing a year in hairdressing also.
She then worked in a number of salons around Salisbury and Shaftesbury picking up additional knowledge on different skin care brands, qualifications in new treatments and growing her loyal client base.
She has 15 years experience and specialises in brows but also her favourite treatments are waxing and nails.
'I absolutely love my job, my staff and my wonderful clients. The new salon is everything I ever dreamt of and more! It's even more fun working it all around a family and two little girls, they enjoy coming into the salon too and getting fussed over.'
Toria
Hairdresser - Art Director
Toria has been in the industry for 40 years, starting from an apprentice and working her way up through the ranks, eventually managing a salon and becoming a tutor in the industry, teaching nvq level 2 and 3 and also barbering.
Hairdressing is a passion and 'consultation is key'.

Toria is driven by all aspects of colour and techniques keeping current with new fashion.
Tiffany
Beautician
Tiffany has over 18 years experience within the beauty industry working in various salons and has recently returned to work after having some time off with her three children.
“I love doing facials and pedicures and bring a calm and friendly energy to each appointment. I know how important self care is and taking time out for yourself especially being a busy mum of three so being able to do that for other people brings me so much joy. I love learning new skills and meeting new people and in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going to the coast”
Beth
Hairdresser - Creative Stylist
With over 9 years experience in the hairdressing industry, Beth began her career straight from school and has never looked back. She specialises in all aspects of colouring, cutting and styling hair, with a passion for helping clients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Beth’s favourite part of her work is styling hair - bringing out your personality and confidence through every look. She is also excited to be expanding her skills with upcoming training in bridal hair.

Beautician
I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and I have worked in award winning spas and salons. My favourite treatments are facials and massage, I have always been passionate about skin care and I love pampering my clients.
In my spare time I love to go on long walks with my dog and spending time with my family.
